Continue on road #19 past French Pete campground and turn left on FS road 1900-270. Go on rd 370 for 2.3 miles to jct with FS rd 1900-571. Continue up 571 for 1.0 miles to creek (draw) on the left side of the road. Stay on the westside of thecreek on a northwest direction. There area animal trails which are easy to follow. You will come to a tributary coming from the west, cross it and proceed up the gorge to the bottom of the ridge which leads up and out of the drainage. This is the easiest way up.
